When you use our booking form, WhatsApp, phone or email to contact us, we may collect:
- Your name and contact details (phone number, email)
- Date, time and place of birth, where shared for astrology consultations
- Delivery address, when ordering a product
- Any message or question you choose to share with us
We do not collect or store payment card details ourselves — online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking), which has its own privacy policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you share only to:
- Respond to your enquiry and confirm consultation bookings
- Prepare astrology readings or Vastu guidance you've requested
- Process and deliver product orders
- Improve our services and communicate with you about your booking or order
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
4. How Your Booking Form Works
Our online booking form does not store your details on a server. Submitting it opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message that you review and send yourself — at that point, your information is shared with us through WhatsApp, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
5. Cookies & Analytics
This site may use basic analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are viewed most. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
6. Third-Party Links
Our site links to WhatsApp, payment apps, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties — please review their own policies.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet or WhatsApp is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 without parental involvement.
10. Shipping & Payments
We deliver rudraksha and gemstones across India. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout from your PIN code, and orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment and usually reach you in 3–8 working days in total, depending on your location. Payment is taken securely online through Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking) — see our Payment Options page. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
11. Returns & Refunds
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, you may return it for a replacement or a full refund.
- Return window: contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- How to start a return: message us on WhatsApp at +91 86194 88392 with your order/payment ID and a photo of the item.
- Return shipping: if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover the cost of return delivery.
- Refunds: once the returned item reaches us and is checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Replacements: if you prefer, we will send a replacement of the same item instead of a refund, subject to availability.
- Not covered: items damaged after delivery through misuse, and consultation fees once the session has taken place.
If anything about your order isn't right, contact us first — we would rather put it right than leave you unhappy.
