These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Shree Kulam website (shreekulam.com), our Vedic Astrology and Vastu consultations, and the purchase of Rudraksha and gemstone products. By using our website, booking a consultation, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Shree Kulam is operated from Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
2. Our Services
We provide traditional Vedic Astrology readings, Vastu guidance, and Rudraksha/gemstone products. Our guidance is offered in good faith and is based on traditional Vedic knowledge. It is intended for personal reflection and general guidance only, and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Decisions you make based on a consultation remain your own responsibility.
3. Bookings & Consultations
- Consultation times are confirmed with you directly over WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Please share accurate birth details (date, time and place) where relevant — the quality of a reading depends on them.
- If you need to reschedule, contact us in advance and we will do our best to arrange another time.
- Consultation fees, once the session has taken place, are non-refundable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Products, Pricing & Orders
- All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Rudraksha and natural gemstones are natural items — small variations in colour, size, shape and texture are normal and are not defects.
- We make every effort to describe and picture products accurately, but the final price payable is confirmed at checkout.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability; in such a case any amount paid is refunded in full.
5. Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking). We do not store your card details. The order amount is calculated and confirmed on our server, so it cannot be altered in your browser. See our Payment Options page for details.
6. Shipping & Returns

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this site — text, images and design — belongs to Shree Kulam and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Shree Kulam is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, consultations, or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ajmer, Rajasthan.
