1. Where We Deliver
We deliver Rudraksha and gemstones across India. If you are outside India and would like to order, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 86194 88392 before ordering so we can confirm availability and charges.
2. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout from your PIN code, so you can see the exact amount before you pay. All charges are shown in Indian Rupees (INR).
3. Dispatch & Delivery Time
- Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days of successful payment.
- They usually reach you in 3–8 working days in total, depending on your location.
- Remote areas, festivals, or courier delays may occasionally add to this time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier and tracking details with you over WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel.
5. Delivery Address
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address with PIN code and a reachable phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Where possible, keep the packaging and take a photo, as it helps us resolve the issue quickly.
